The Single Transaction Report is a one-page report on a single transaction.  It includes: target business description and other background data; name of the acquirer; type of sale; tax status of the acquirer; the purchase price breakdown; valuation multiples based on normalized earnings over the latest period, fiscal year, two-year average and three-year average; summary historical income statements and common size income statements; and a variety of quantitative risk measures, including size, liquidity, leverage, activity, profitability and growth.

The Multiple Transaction Comparison Report allows the user to create a customized industry composite and side-by-side comparison of multiple transactions selected by the user.  The selected transactions are compared based on purchase price breakdown, valuation multiples based on normalized earnings over the latest period, fiscal year, two-year average and three-year average; summary historical income statements and common size income statements; and a variety of quantitative risk measures, including size, liquidity, leverage, activity, profitability and growth.
